Engennering Life and Human Happiness

Welcome to my new-fangled blog.

According to an acquaintance of mine, only mediocre bloggers are worth reading on the internet. The argument goes along these lines: obviously, bad bloggers are not worth reading, and the talented bloggers one will read anyway in the newspapers or hear on the radio, that leaves the mediocre ones for reading on the net. Please keep this paradigm in mind while enjoying my blog here.

I intend to keep this blog short and dry (as in lacking juice) hence I will aim no lower than explaining in it the engineering life, love, happiness, the Universe and all that jazz too.

So, to back my words with deeds, here is my first contribution -- let me tackle the question of human happiness: happiness is a combination of good health with poor memory (attributed to Albert Schweitzer).
